 Submission of application |
| The application form for admissioin, completed in all respects, together with Demand Draft of the amount as indicated against each course payable to Dishant Instutute of Technology should be sent by post or submitted in person to the council office. |

| Last Date |
| The application along with required certificates, as mentioned, and Sank Draft of Fee should reach the council before the last date as declared from time to time. |

Important Instructions
|
| Two sets of photo copies of mark sheet duly attested, of qualifying/last attended examination (Matric, Higher Secondary etc.) |

| Recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the application form and 4 photographs are also to be enclosed. |
|
| The student can submit the application from in person or by registered post in the office of the council. |
|
| The application form is not transferable. |
|
| The application will be rejected if there is any difference between the
information given in it and the supporting documents. |
|
| All admissions are provisional. subject to verification of the required documents & eligibility conditions. |
|
In case of a column not being applicable. the word 'N A' (Not Applicable) should be used against that column. |
|
|
| Students passed only from the recognised boards / universities or equivalent National Open State / Open School should apply for admission |
|
| It should be very clearly noted that the fees paid at the time of admission or during the session is Neither Refundable Nor Adjustable in any circumstances reason may be whatsoever. |
|
| High school certificate as a proof of age. |
|
The candidate must bring original certificates at the time of admission/interview. |
|
|
| The rules are subject to change time to time. |

| Rights of Admission Reserved |
| RIGHTS of admission are reserved with the Secretary of the Dishant Institute
of Para Medical. He reserves the right to reject any application of admission. cancel any confirmed session. The Secretary reserves to himself the right of admission. |
